Great class today! No pics of the students this time. We had some new students in the class and went through a flow opening up our hips and leading us into a few tree variations. Also we have a new tri fold wall to hide the computers from the school we rent from.

Amazing workshop class today working our way up to our own best version of Bird of Paradise pose.

I gave each student a gentle reminder to accept your body where you are at now as you slowly practice the right exercises to move you closer to your goal.

This same concept can be used for life when we are so far from where we want to be. Have gratitude for where you are at right now. Be patient in the waiting. You may feel stuck, but you will eventually be unstuck 🫶🏻✌️🧘

Stillness is so hard to find. Taking time to breathe helps still the mental chatter in your mind and calms the body. Make a moment of stillness happen with this yin flow.

Joy needs contentment for sure and gratitude is the way to that but one part of finding Joy that we seem to miss is God in the Now.

Joy is found in the knowledge and the remembering that we have a good and faithful God who loves you and is with you at all times, even now.
